Court Hours: The 36th District Court is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. The Court is open 365 days a year for felony arraignments. Court Holidays: The 36th District Court will be closed, except for felony arraignments, on the following days:

During the three (3) days between Christmas Day and New Year's Eve, the Civil, Traffic and Criminal Divisions will be open.  Sufficient staff will be scheduled to accommodate the following services:  Traffic:  Ticket Fine Payments and Bond Postings;  Civil:  Case Filings and Pleadings;  Criminal:  Felony Arraignments.  (Administrative Order 2011-2)
