Mission Statement
The mission of the 36th District Court is to administer justice with fairness, equality and integrity, to resolve matters before the court in a timely manner with trained and motivated staff and to provide courteous and prompt service in a manner that inspires public trust and confidence.

Vision Statement
The 36th District Court will be nationally recognized as a leader in providing innovative, cost-effective and efficient administration of justice. To accomplish this, the court will:

-Provide a user-friendly environment that is conducive to the efficient operation of the court.
- Promote structured docket management that results in timely adjudication of cases and communication with litigants.
- Enhance and maximize teamwork and the appropriate interaction among judges, court staff, litigants, and other involved entities and individuals.
- Recruit and maintain the highest quality staff and provide training, technology, resources and support to meet the needs of internal and external customers.
- Utilize state-of-the-art technology to improve access to court information, support case management, and facilitate data exchange and integration with other agencies.
