Update Concerning COVID-19 Protocols

Jul 01, 2021

The 36th District Court continues to implement most COVID-related precautionary measures at this time. These include mask-wearing, social distancing, and health screenings for all who enter the courthouse, regardless of vaccination status.  Entrance into the building will be granted to only those individuals conducting court-related business, along with any accompanying minors.

The Court continues to conduct matters virtually to every extent possible. All hearings are available for viewing  via YouTube; the links for every courtroom are listed on the Court's website. While members of the public are permitted to enter the building for Traffic and Civil-related matters, it is highly recommended that the various electronic methods offered to conduct such business are utilized. The  Civil/Landlord-Tenant filing portal, online traffic payments, and web case search inquiries are available for your use online at any time. DivDat kiosks are also located directly outside of the Court and throughout the community for payments and bond postings. Mobile Pay and Phone Pay continue to be available as well, and more information on those services can be found on our homepage.

The 36th District Court will provide further updates on any adjustments to our health-related protocols on July 26, 2021. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
